The above-mentioned issues are caused by lower power consumption by non-CANbus LED bulbs and thus dramatically caused the power consumption to dropped below the predetermined level. Thus, such lowered current threshold triggered the light-out error code and caused the turn signal to flash rapidly.
Technically, this Load Resistor will increase the current consumption to meet the halogen bulb equivalent threshold and therefore eliminate the error or hyper flashing behaviour. It will work on any LED bulbs including the LED headlight or fog light bulb.
