Description

The Cruze Remote Windows Controller consists of a micro-computer that performs the add-on functions commonly found in European cars. It has 3 designs and we called it Model A, B & C differentiated by its additional functions.

The installation is easy and all you need is to insert the device into the OBD port (female) currently exposed beneath the steering wheel column. That’s it! Indeed, the installation is done and the new features below described have been added. Besides, this device will not alter any onboard computer settings. Therefore, the features are fully reversible by removing the device from the port. Hence, there should be no concern if this will void the manufacturer’s warranty or whatsoever.

Nonetheless, many owners found this function very useful especially during the hot sunny day where the heat got built up and trapped inside the car parked under the scorching hot sun. Not surprisingly, all the trapped heat shall be dispersed off immediately by remotely unwinding down all 4 windows while retrieving the car. This is a common function that came default in many new European cars makes. We provide options for Cruze or Orlando owners as add-on functions.

Usage and Functions:

Model:

(A)

1) If the windows are left in winding down position after the car is parked, with the remote key removed from the car and the “lock” button is pressed, all windows will be wound up by the Cruze Remote Windows Controller
2) When your car parked under the hot sun where heat built up within the car, you could remotely wind down all the windows to dissipate the heat in the cabin immediately when you’re approaching your car.
3) You can remotely wind down or up or interrupt the windows remotely. 

(B)

All the above functions plus:

4) Hazard lights will flash automatically when the car door is open to caution the trailing vehicles.

(C)

All the above functions plus:

5) Release the car trunk boot from the driver’s seat 3 times repeatedly press on the OEM door unlock button. Not applicable to Orlando.
