Do you wish to dechrome your Benz rear boot star to simply replace the damaged start? This Benz CLA Trunk Star Replacement Emblem is what you need! This start logo emblem comes in a chrome-plated, matte black and glossy black design to match your car’s colour theme.

Please ensure that you select the correct car model for your ride because the different models will have different surface curves although they are using the same size.

The installation steps are moderate and do note that for the removal of the original trunk star, you need to use a flat tip plastic pryer tool. Insert the flat tip into the base of the 3 pointed star which was held in place through its 3 pins. Work gently on all the 3 bases and you will notice the star will slowly coming out from its holder. The replacement star comes with the matching 3 pins on the base and it also comes with the 3M tape around the outer ring. This will ensure that it leaves no gap beneath the star emblem after the replacement.

Once the original star is out, clean the surface with some soapy water to remove the water and dirt marks. Do not use the wax to clean the surface because this will cause the 3M tape can’t stick on the surface later on. Next, peel off the 3M tape backing on the outer ring and align the 3 pins into its place-holder and press firmly.
