Q: Do you ship the item outside Singapore?
A: Yes. With effective from 2 Jan 2015, we have started to fill orders outside Singapore and ship our items to worldwide via Singapore Post. Parcel Tracking number will be provided once the parcel has been posted.
Q: Can I return the item for refund or exchange?
A: All goods sold are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange once used. However, goods under warranty are eligible for repair or exchange for the same or similar item.
