Prior to installation, use the tiny flat head screwdrivers to gently pry out the existing cap without scratching the rim. Next, briefly clean the surface before inserting the cap into the rim’s center hub. Indeed, it’s that easy since this is a direct snap-in replacement cap! For the silver and back cap design, it comes with the anti-theft locking ring on the back. Nonetheless, you will need to remove the rim in order to fix the ring on the rear of the cap. However, it’s perfectly alright if you do not wish to fix this ring. The caps will be tightly secured even without this locking ring on its back.
