The Universal Side Mirror Rain Visor protects the side mirror from getting wet and blurry during rainy days. Just imagine you still enjoying a crystal clear view on your side mirror during showering season. Surely under a heavy storm, this visor is unable to prevent the mirror from getting wet. Besides keeping the rainwater away from the side mirror, it also reduces the glaring sunray. This is particularly useful when you’re often driving on a hot sunny day.
The visor is made of silicon rubber and onto its position by pre-affixed 3M adhesive decal. They’re flexible enough to conform to the shape and contours of most side mirrors. Clean the surface below the top of the side mirror cover with mild soapy water or alcohol swipe before installation. It’s useful to prime the area with 3M Primer prior to installation. Finally, the installation is very simple by peeling off 3M adhesive decal backing and fix the adhesive to the mirror cover. There are no tools or custom installation required, just a basic level of hand-eye coordination.
